I’ve finally woken up and have been able to blog this enty (just about).
I have had a bad night and had a hang over all day, now I’m thinking of quiting drinking alcohol.
I may give up alcohol.

Windows XP Really Crap Edition anyone?
The European Union have ruled that Microsoft is to remove Windows Media Player from Windows XP. Thus creating an EU version of Windows.
How come it’s one rule for Microsoft and one rule for the rest?

I’ve just finished work for the holidays

Last day at work before the holidays
At present i’m sitting at work doing nothing at all.
There is hardly anyone in of any inportnce so it begs to wonder why i’m here, ah well i may go home at lunch time.
Windows Server 2003 SP1 RC1
I have installed Windows Server 2003 SP1 RC1 to see what’s in it and 2 things surprised me, it includes Windows Media Player 10 and DirectX 9c.
Why would you need it on a Server? I thought Windows Media Player 9 was bad enough, it’s a Server not a games console or a jukebox !!
move plan postponed
I’ve decided to postpone any plans of moving till Febuarary when i finsih my CISCO course.
maybe it’s time to move out?
I’ve been thinking, yea thinking can be scary at times. 
But I’ve been looking at the cost effectiveness of flying the nest and get a flat of my own.
I’ll blog again on the out come of this.
CCNA4 course update
I have completed the Chapter 3 test for CCNA4 and got a score of 60% 
Learning PPP is a little hard but a score of 60% is OK. I may retake it after Christmas.
damn fire alarm
The college fire alarm just went off and didn’t go off in my office, the first I knew of it is when a colleague informs me to the fact.
That needs to be fixed.
