1. Logon to the hub at http://192.168.100.1/ with admin as the username and enter the password (changeme is the default)

2. Select "Advanced Settings"

3. Scrool down to "Secuity" and Select "Firewall"

4. Tick PPTP pass-though and then click apply and then try the VPN connection again.
