New computers arrived at work today

Early this morning 131 NEC Computers arrived to our workplace. Thankfully were was enough staff to help unbox them and place them into our IT/Server Office and get them security marked up and labled.

Now the fun begins with getting the network cards detected by Windows Server 2003 RIS so we can start building them. I have taken one home so I can work on this tomorrow while I wait for an engineer to fix my dad’s PC.

Bude

After yesterdays painfull trip to Newquay we decided to stay more local, so we went to Bude in North Cornwall.
It’s a great coastal resort and was busy today due to the Summer Holiday season.
Had lunch in a pub and it was gear, very filling and went well with some Lager.
After lunch had a walk around the coast to walk the heavy lunch off 🙂

Newquay

This morning we went to Newquay for the day.
The jurney was long and painfull due to slow moving traffic and did not arrive till 1pm.
We promptly went to a pub for lunch.
The lunch was great.
After lunch we had a look aroung the large town and beaches.
